Acceptance
By creating an account or using habitu.ar, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree, don't use the application.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and don't share your credentials. Each person should have their own account.
Acceptable Use
habitu.ar is for personal habit tracking. You may not: • Use the app for illegal activities • Attempt to access other users' data • Overload servers with excessive automated use • Create fake accounts or spam
Your Content
The habits, notes, and data you enter are yours. We don't claim ownership over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Intellectual Property
habitu.ar and its source code are owned by its creators. Visual assets (illustrations, icons) may have different licenses. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
habitu.ar is provided "as is." We don't guarantee 100% service availability. We're not responsible for data loss, although we make our best effort to prevent it.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
